T Shirt Supplier
Swatch rail: a design motif showing material directions named in the company profile. It does not claim any single style's fibre content.
A tee supplier is judged on continuity: the same tee, in the same sizes and colours, available when the buyer needs to reorder. That is a different promise from a one-off custom run, and buyers should approach a supply conversation with replenishment in mind. This page explains what to look for in a tee supplier for retail and brand ranges, and how to set up a supply pattern that survives seasonal change.
Continuity starts with the core range. Buyers should agree which tees are core, which colours are always available, and which colours are seasonal, so that a replenishment order does not become a fresh negotiation. Size curves should be agreed at the same time, since a supplier who cannot repeat the same curve will create stockouts at the ends of the range. Packaging and labelling for the core range should also be fixed, so that repeat orders arrive in the same presentation as the first order.

Quality consistency across repeats is the supplier's real test. A buyer should judge a washed sample for fit, neckline behaviour, colour retention and fabric feel, and should ask how those qualities are kept consistent when an order is repeated. Fabric direction should be confirmed from a reference, with cotton and other soft directions discussed as options for the core range. If a colour or fabric direction changes, the buyer should be told before the order, not after delivery, so that listings and shelf presentation can be updated.
Ordering rhythm completes the supply picture. Buyers should state how often they expect to reorder, what lead time their business needs in plain terms, and how forecasts will be shared. A supplier conversation that covers rhythm, core colours and quality consistency early will produce fewer surprises than one that focuses only on the first order price. The inquiry page on this site invites buyers to share their range, sizes and target date so that supply terms can be confirmed for their order.
